Step by step:
- Take N1 north towards Paarl (highway towards Canal Walk).
- Take Exit 47, Wellington-Klapmuts to left.
- Turn left (away from bridge), towards Wellington.
- Keep going straight, then straight over 4-way-stop (Florida farmstall is across you on the left).
- At traffic light turn left onto the R44 direction Ceres - going through back road of Wellington.
- Keep straight for about 40 kilometers, passing lots of fields. R44 changes to R46.
- Continue straight through the NuweKloof Pass.
- After pass, turn left at Tulbagh sign.
- At T-junction coming into Tulbagh, turn left into the main street (Van der Stel Street)
- At the 4-way-stop at the end of main road, (just after passing Spar on your right) turn left.
- After 6 kilometers the road becomes gravel at Twee Jonge Gezellen.
- Continue straight for 2 km, the road forks, keep left (follow Roodezand signs)
- At the next split in the road, keep to your right (keep on main road)
- Up a hill with big dam on your left, follow the tar road (pillar with Roodezand sign)
- Pass the office on your left, and park in front of the pack shed.
- Have a drink!
